  • Dennis Cyr

Pastor Dennis moved to Penticton with his wife Amanda and daughter Faith in 2006. Since arriving in Penticton they have also celebrated the birth of their son, Wyatt.

Dennis is a graduate of Summit Pacific Bible College in Abbotsford BC. He started in ministry in Creston,  B.C. where he worked as an associate pastor. While in Creston, he met his wife Amanda.

After completing their time in Creston, Dennis and Amanda moved to Hamilton Ontario, where they led Impact School of Leadership,  a discipleship program where they raised up young leaders and led teams overseas on short term missions.

While in Hamilton they began to sense a stirring in their hearts for church planting. After much prayer and contemplation they felt convinced that God was leading them to Penticton, B.C.

They have now been on an exciting journey providing leadership at Cheers the Church for six years. Dennis and Amanda are very excited about what God has done and is going to do.
